Poko Pano makes every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase Monday through Friday, after verifying credit card authenticity.

We ship using UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and USPS Priority & Express Mail. If you would like your item overnighted through UPS, please contact us and we can ship your item UPS Next Day Air. We are subject to UPS and USPS standards, regulations, and delivery limitations.  UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes and an additional charge will apply for Saturday delivery (please contact us for charges).  USPS Priority mail usually delivers in 2-3 business days, but please allow up to 5 as it is not always reliable. Shipping charges are based upon UPS and USPS rates plus our handling fee.  There is an aditional charge to insure packages.  The day the package is shipped and you receive confirmation, is not the first day in transit.

International Orders

We ship anywhere in the world! All of Poko Pano's international orders are shipped through UPS or USPS.  To get a shipping quote for your order, add your item to the shopping cart and click 'get shipping quote' and it will provide you with an accurate price.

International customers and customers with international billing addresses may be asked to fax or email us LEGIBLE copies of their identification and credit card after their order is placed.  Copies should be faxed to:  1-310.379.2297.  If you do not have access to a fax machine, you may also email scanned copies to pokopano@pokopanoswim.com.  Feel free to block any information on the credit card.  This is a security measure we need to take in order to verify billing addresses with international banks and avoid fraudulent purchases.  The billing information will be shredded after the verification process.

Please Note:  International customers are responsible for any additional taxes and duties.  Poko Pano is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.  Please contact your local customs department for any questions regarding additional fees before placing your order.

Poko Pano reserves the right to deny shipment to any customer.

International small flat-rate boxes and envelopes from USPS are the cheapest shipping method but do not have a corresponding tracking number. They go through regular mail, therefore do not have an exact delivery date. These packages usually require 10+ business days.
